Flavors of Baltimore Wine Dinner

Members from the Maryland Club, Baltimore International College and Anne Arundel Community College will team up for an evening of spectacular cuisine and wines. The dinner will be held at the Pier 5 Hotel March 12 at 7pm. Executive Chef Bryan Sullivan will be the host of the gourmet dinner featuring his famous entré of Seared Flank Steak with a Caramelized Shallot and Banyuls Reduction. Other chefs will prepare an array of courses to include Egg Filled Alaskan Butterfish; Salad with Pistachio Tuile stuffed with Goast cheese; Roast Duck Breast with Dried Cherry Demi-Glace. Dessert features Ganache Meringues Gateau. All signature fare prepared will be matched with a unique wines from Napa and Sonoma valleys vineyards. Tickets are now available and cost only $100.00 per person. All proceeds go the Baltimore International College and Anne Arundel College HCAT scholarship programs. The Brookshire Suites of Harbor Magic hotels will be offering an exclusive rate of $79 for all guests of the Flavors of Baltimore Wine Dinner on March 12th.
