ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAT COOKING CLASS – AUGUST 17TH 2011!

chefbryan1Baltimore’s Harbor Magic Hotels Executive Chef, Bryan Sullivan is teaming up with Executive Sous Chef Bill Crouse from Chef’s Expressions and Executive Chef Dan Henry from Baltimore’s Capital Grille to bring YOU a culinary event like none other.  The all-inclusive culinary class costs $50 per person and will take place at the brand new Agriculture Center in Cockeysville, MD on Wednesday, August 17th 2011 at 6:30 pm.

Guests of this special event will watch and learn as the three famous Baltimore Chefs break down a suckling pig, a duck and a beef tenderloin and show how to create amazing dishes using these ingredients. Wine pairings will also be served. chefbryancookoing

The menu for the evening will consist of such specialties as; Feta Almond Crusted Filet, BBQ Braised Pork Shoulder, Crispy Duck Spring Rolls, side dishes and more!
