Baltimore Rooms Still Available for Inauguration
Hot off the presses! You can still get a room in Baltimore for the Inauguration. The Admiral Fell Inn, Brookshire Suites, and The Pier 5 Hotel still have a few rooms left and you can’t beat their prices. Starting at $149 you can get a room just an hour away from Washington DC. This is a once in a lifetime event, be there as history is made.

Don’t forget President-elect Obama will be making a stop in Baltimore on his historic Whistle Stop Train Tour on Jaunary 17th.

I agree with Donna. The Harbor Magic Hotels are in right in all the action. I just read they are going to be televising the event from the Harbor Place. The Brookshire Suites and the Pier 5 are within a block of the Harbor Place. Sounds like it is going to be great fun. Lots of action. Wish I could go but I have to work both Saturday and Sunday. An event that will most likely never happen again.

The gates to get to the War Memorial Plaza ( where the speech will take place) will open at noon and President-elect Obama’s speech will begin at 4:15pm.
I wish I could do something about weather! Dress in layers if you are going out.
