National Aquarium in Baltimore

Opened in 1981, the National Aquarium was a part of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor redevelopment. The US Congress deemed it a national aquarium two years before its opening. There are over 10,500 animals living in the Aquarium including birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians, and mammals. Bottle-nose dolphins delight visitors from all over, as do turtles, crocodiles, and puffins. Be sure to inquire about special ticket coupons.
