Baltimore’s Harbor Magic Hotels Executive Chef, Bryan Sullivan is teaming up with Executive Sous Chef Bill Crouse from Chef’s Expressions and Executive Chef Dan Henry from Baltimore’s Capital Grille to bring YOU a culinary event like none other. Guests of this special event will watch and learn as the three famous Baltimore Chefs break down a suckling pig, a duck and a beef tenderloin and show how to create amazing dishes using these ingredients.
