My husband and I had a great time at Pier 5 this past weekend. We wanted to express are sincere gratitude to Thames. He was one of the staff person who helped make our stay a magical one. He was wonderful and attentive!

The other person was Jill, the Experience Specialist who helped us with dinner reservations, champagne and beer! She recommended this excellent restaurant. We really enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we did not wanted to leave! We are certainly going to stay at Pier 5 again in the future and certainly recommend it to our friends.

We stay at several different hotels each year, and Pier 5 is one of our favorite. We recommend it to anyone looking to experience the wonder of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

Our 6 year-old daughter loved “Crabby Hour” and the red Crab Lights were a big hit!! (again, great job Jill!!)

My husband and I wanted to stay one more day. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was excellent. You don’t go to many hotels and have the manager put your bags in the car. Wonderful, this was our first visit and it will not be our last.

The staff at the Brookshire Suites was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful especially during the crisis I was living thru–My son was going to Johns Hopkins Hospital to have his left eye removed. The staff comforted me with great suggestions on how to get to the hospital with no worries of being late for the next mornings surgery. Gave me great peace of mind helped me to relax. I also left behind a pillow of my own. They kept it in storage till I could return to get it. Excellent assistance was given to me during my stay. Great staff! Thank you!

This was my 3rd time at the Admiral Fell and my boyfriend’s first trip to Baltimore. He is an avid history buff and was totally impressed with the hotel, the atmosphere, the professionalism of the staff, was taken aback by the room and breakfast. I rarely hear him speechless and you did it! We definitely are going to come back to the Admiral Fell and thanks so much for such a wonderful weekend. Please let all your staff know how much we appreciated the good time we had in Baltimore and thank you ever so so so so much

The staff at the Pier 5 Hotel was top notch. The facilities are well maintained and housekeeping performed admirably. We especially liked the “off-season” special rates we received.

We were very happy with our stay at the Brookshire Suites. The front desk gave us “the royal treatment”. We arrived really early in the morning (around 2 AM) and she did everything for us, not only that early morning but through all our stay. SHE WAS THE BEST!!!! Please let her know we appreciate all her efforts to make us feel more than comfortable during our stay.

Also, your idea of the gold coins for the kids is awesome. It was really fun for our grand daughter. She really enjoyed her stay.

The staff at Brookshire Suites was phenomenal. As for relaxing, I never get to relax when we take the children any place. It was a GREAT experience!

During my stay at the Brookshire Suites, the staff was friendly, accommodating, courteous, and polite. I do appreciate the amenities such as bottled water, free social events, etc. My thanks to the staff of Brookshire Suites. I will definite stay again and recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It is also in a great location at the harbor – only 2 blocks from the harbor (for boat ride to each harbor point) shopping, dining, touring, etc. Again, thank you Brookshire Suites – the staff that make the hotel what it is.

The Hotel Specialist, Jill, was extremely accommodating during our stay at Pier 5 Hotel. We ran into her many times during our visit(I think she works 24/7) and she was always extremely pleasant. I would recommend your hotel any time. The staff was very busy, but always was kind and extremely attentive.

I was at Brookshire Suites for the occasion of my daughter’s wedding on 2/2/08. Everyone was friendly and most helpful. The wedding celebration went perfectly. Special thanks to Heather and her staff. The wedding reception was excellent.

We stayed at the Admiral Fell while I had eye surgery at Johns Hopkins. It was a very difficult time for me. The staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. They went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. Please extend my sincere thanks to them.

The evening spent at the Admiral Fell was perfect. A team of co-workers planned this event and everyone has commented on how wonderful and well worth the money the event was. The food was outstanding, the staff (front desk, hotel, restaurant, pub … EVERYONE – even the ghosts!) were top notch. We will plan to do this again!

I was really impressed with my stay at the Admiral Fell. The hotel was great along with the staff. I would like to recommend Hakim at the front desk. He was great and very helpful. My friend and I stayed at the Pier 5 Hotel and were more than pleased with the facility and staff. The hotel itself was impressive and located in a primo location. We had an excellent room, which was well maintained and clean. And, the staff on hand was most helpful (especially Empress, who provided additional information about the hotel and directed us to the website for future hotel offerings). We will definitely plan another “getaway” at Pier 5 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Baltimore. We thank you for an enjoyable stay.
