Favorite Picks for Winter Restaurant Week

Today kicks off the start of Winter Restaurant Week here in Baltimore! Restaurant week has become a favorite time of year for locals here in the city and if you happen to be visiting Charm City anytime before February 1st you are in luck! This season there will be not one but two weekends included in this great city wide promotion.

Here are just a couple of our favorite picks:

* Meli Patisserie & Bistro – A unique and eclectic restaurant located in the Admiral Fell Inn in Historic Fells Point. Since opening their doors last summer Meli has wowed the likes of customers and critics a like. With a warm and inviting ambiance and a great French American menu Meli is sure to please!

* Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Pier 5 – This famous high end steak house has 2 locations in Baltimore City, but since opening it’s doors at the new Pier 5 location it has become our favorite with a modern but intimate setting right on the waterfront.

* Fin Steak and Seafood – One of Baltimore’s newest little secrets! Located in the lower level of the Admiral Fell Inn, Fin has made a great impression on the city.

* Aldo’s Ristorante Italiano – Located in the quant Little Italy neighborhood Aldo’s is the perfect setting for a romantic evening with that special someone or a nice evening out with good friends and great Italian food.

* Ixia Restaurant Bar Lounge – This hip and chic fine dining establishment in Mount Vernon has fantastic food and a vibrant setting.
