Last Civil War Ship Goes Sailing!
Everyone who has visited Baltimore’s famed Inner Harbor has seen the USS Constellation.
It’s the grand historic ship that has become a Baltimore landmark as it proudly sits in the
heart of the Inner Harbor.
And while most people have seen it docked… and some have even climbed aboard…
very few have had to chance to see it like this!
Every year, the USS Constellation sails its turnaround cruise from the Inner Harbor out to
Fort McHenry and back. The ship weighs 1,265 tons and 164 feet long and is the last American Civil
War-era vessel afloat.
Harbor Magic wanted to connect you to this awesome site so we capture the journey on film
Hope you enjoy!
